Once again, thank you for the concern, but no lectures…the point of this is for an answer, not to get a ragging alcholic back on the streets..I am very aware of the severity of these actions and not asking for a way out, just a straight foward answer

That is the judge’s decision but certainly something your lawyer could request. Generally speaking the courts prefer rehab. to jail. It would depend on the circumstances.
