I personally think it can be A. B. and C. But I also think that depression causes substance abuse in more cases then not.

Our coalition is a not for profit organization operating in South Florida with the cooperation of individuals, businesses, government entities, health services, faith communities, community groups, and the educational system. Our event the Tea Time Golf Classic was created to build awareness and raise funds as we organize the Tea Time Golf Classic tournament in order to save lives from drug and substance abuse one person at a time.
