I AM 26 YRS OLD AND HAVE SMOKED CANNIBUS AND DRANK PERFUSLY SCINCE I WAS 16 I HAVE TRYED TO STOP BUT HAVE BECOME MORE DEPRESSED AND HAVING SUICIDAL THOUGHTS…I JUST WANT TO DIE..I HAVE HAD SO MANY FAMILY PROBLEMS THAT ARE HURTING ME AND TAKING OVER MY THOUGHTS…II REALLY NEED SOME HELP BEFORE I DO SOMTHING STUPID AND I CANT DO IT ALONE…….PLEASE HELP ME…..
