Food addiction is absolutly the same than other addictions because food, sex, drugs, alcohol? etc , just stimulate the neurotransmiters of the brain, responsibles of our feelings of wellness.

No such? thing as food addiction. It’s only chemically induced by processed foods. Addiction is CHEMICAL if your hormones are off balance, yes it will change appetite and spur a craving. That’s not addiction. Sorry these theories don’t fly with me.

I know that I too suffer from this and wondering daily..could I live without that certain food… or that certain drink.. There is so much in life that we can throw ourselves into and be “addicated to” I think it would be a cool video to talk about the new things that you have started doing since the weight is gone.. I would love? to know. I am thinking about doing a video of all the things I WANT to do once the weight is gone!
    LOVE YOUR VIDEO’S

Interesting response. Thanks for the information. I’ve heard the survival theories… but the connection of addiction to hormones and fat? as a “thinking” organ are two concepts I want to look into more.
