What to Do if Your Harrased or Are Paranoid About Someone Who Just Got Out of Jail?
Question by Tone Treble: What to do if your harrased or are paranoid about someone who just got out of jail?
Yeah, just a little curious here because i’m not familure with the laws of our country and whatnot.
But there is this guy around Jacksonville,FL that has this very bad…temper shale we call it? He abuses drugs, yells at people all the time, lies about everything and seems to think he knows eveything there is about anything; but ends up being the biggest idiot of the planet.
Anyhow, back in january of this year (2008) he threw around threats and constant yelling at both me and my date, he has no relation to the family of the person i am dateing and acts like he’s king, so yelling at me was not really good, but nobody seems to know what to do about it.
Reason I ask this question is because I’m haveing this major paranoia about him haveing plans about hurting me and my lover in some way, and he just got out of prison in january as well, so i’m a little worried he might be after something more then just a few drugs and cash(not like he has any of his own so he steals it)Thanks

You go to your local police station which is actually the one where you live and file a restraining order against that person. You will have to fill out paper work and follow through. This way he or she cannot go any where near you and if they do back to prison they go. The police will explain everything you need to know about the restraining order. All of the rules and what not.
