ok well four years ago i got pregs with my twin boys and their dad was not cool with it he was all get rid of the kid and we will be together and i fliped said no and he gave me tha money to do it. turns out i didnt and last week when i was down in my home city cause i moved when i was preg my friends husband saw me and told him that my kids were alive and he totally fliped and got ma number a threatened me to take them away from him cause i never told him ikept them anyways does he have any rights this is in california if it helps thanks
he has not signed birth certificates on either one of my twins and i am a responcible parent

No, he can not take your children from you for this reason. You were not obligated to inform him that you chose to keep your babies. I assume his name is not on the birth certificates either. Now, IF he wants to pursue anything at all, he will have to pay to get a DNA test done to prove his paternity in the first place..and the chances of him ever getting custody is about zero, considering he wanted you to abort them in the first place.

Question by dantedemon21: Annoying insurance company/ rehab program?
Ok I have recently found god and become a strong christian. I came home after tons and tons of drug issues from college. My parents are very supportive and my mom is a strong christian. Two centers have been trying to help us with the insurance companies. I want to go to a christian rehab center and the one that has a very very good ministry outreach program was denied because it was not on their list of recommended centers. My whole life I have had to deal with big corporations I am so sick of them and usually have luck when calling them. How should me and my parents handle this issue with the insurance? I mean it is complete bs that we pay them tons of money and when it comes time to actually do their jobs they are refusing to. Is their someone we can call to help us deal with them or something? I really feel that I am being lead to be at this facility does anyone have any suggestions at all. Please just be kind in responses no bs just logical solutions to this problem.    Read more...
