Can a Mother Be Arrested in Florida for Being Accused of Using Marijuana?
Question by tlawlessrr: Can a mother be arrested in Florida for being accused of using marijuana?
Can someone call the police on my girlfriend for smoking marijuana and have her take a drug test to proove that she uses marijuana?
Now If a police office caught her in the act I suppose they would either arrest her or issue her a citation for drug abuse. My question is do they have the right to invade her privacy and make her take an on the spot drug test or would that be in invasion of privacy?
No she is a mother in good standing and is under no investigation what so ever. She has no criminal record. But her room mate is thretening to call DCF on her and have her child taken away because she does smoke pot once or twice a month.
