Hey I’m finally 15 and I’m studying to get my Permit to drive. Now I live in Florida and I know that you have to take a test & sit through a alcohol and Drug substance abuse course that is 3 or 4 hours long. Now my question to anyone who lives in the state of Florida is am I able to take the Test and Alcohol / Drug course online? One of my Friends said that you could and I was just wondering. And if so could you give me the link’s to both of them? Thanks

Earlier today Rick Scott (Republican Governor of Florida) vetoed a bill which would have allowed for the transfer of non-violent drug addicts from prisons to treatment centers after they had served a minimum of half of the sentence and if they had been recomended by the prison for good behavior. His logic was that it would be a grave misjustice to the victims of these non-violent drug addicts to allow them treatment for their addiction.
