how to reverse the effects of drug addictions of 3 years including cold turks trying to quit and having suffered bullying in teenage. and how to cope and manage oneself. What measures should I take.

get a support worker or close friend to touch base with

work out your relapse triggers – and avoid them

don’t associate with drug users

find a counselor you like

get yourself into a routine and find social activity that supports your recovery – good luck

eat well, exercise is also good
