I purchased the biggest loser diet book and follow it to the T. I exercise 15 minutes in the morning on an elliptical at 4.5mph. I then do crunches, push-ups and tricep dips. In the evening, I do another round of 20-25 minutes on the elliptical doing interval training ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 mph. I have been doing this pattern for 4 weeks now and have only lost 2 pounds. I am categorized as obese and need to lose 45-50 lbs. Why cant I lose?

The symptoms of drug withdrawal depends on the type of drug abused by the person. Usually, the withdrawal effects are the reverse of the pharmacological effects. The most common withdrawal symptoms include vomiting, pain, anxiety, mood swings, craving, restlessness, diarrhea, irritability and sleeping problems. The withdrawal is a very critical part of fighting addiction that’s why people experiencing it must be really taken care of.
