all she gave me for my anxiety was a freakin pill called atarax which does nothing but make me dizzy, and she doesnt get it.

benzos will not treat your anxiety, it will only make you deendent on it. she must have given you atarax-hydroxizine – for sleep. a good old remedy that doesnt cause dependence or tolerance. If its making you dizzy, oyu must be taking it in the day.
Ask her to refer to a CBT therapist for anxiety.

I’ve done some research on cities in Oregon and it seems even the smallest cities in Oregon have high crime. I go to www.bestplaces.net to get info. And if you check out Oregon alot of the cities from big to small have some high crime. What’s with this?? Any locals out there please give me some insight on what’s going on.
I am moving to Oregon in a few months, so my interest is in Oregon only, I am not looking for info on the 49 other states.

I just posted a question about my daughter who has chosen to be gay and there seems to be a lot of people going berserk because we will not support her in this choice. Particularly that when she turned 18 asked her to move out and not support her education while she chooses to live this way.
How is this any different than someone with a drug addiction?
