Is this some sort of project for one of your classes?
I don’t think you can interview patients as drug rehabilitation centers are really stringent with regard to their privacy rules. I think you can get away with interviewing the therapists and counselors, though. To find drug rehabs, just use the links below. Contacting the local health services administration and asking for a list of drug rehabs will be good too. Good luck!

Jimmy Sullivan died of an accidental overdose.
The Rev was found dead in his Huntington Beach home on Monday Dec 27th, 2009. It was originally being called natural causes. This is usually what is stated if there is no outward sign of trauma, but in a 2006 interview with “Revolver” magazine, Sullivan admitted to the use of cocaine and other drugs. An autopsy was done, but the results were inconclusive. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office stated that the coroner’s office ordered toxicology, microscopic and laboratory tests to be done.

If you are serious about getting help for yourself or a loved one and do not have the resources to pay for care at a rehab facility, you have options. The best option is to go to any hospital emergency room, explain to the MD that you need, not want, but need rehab and need to speak to a social worker. Then you will have the ball rolling. At the same time, you can ask registration for state, county, and federal assistance to help pay for the bill. The hospital will also always work with you to pay for the treatment if necessary. Bottom line, if you need help, Don’t wait.

The Salvation Army usually houses people for free or super-low cost. I don’t know about in Florida, but here in California it’s primarily low-income or homeless people. They help with job placement, drug rehabilitation, and government welfare programs to help get back on your feet.
