Florida Drug Abuse: For New Drivers in Florida, Drug and Alcohol Test Is a Necessity
For residents of Florida that want to get their driver’s license, education is a must. The Florida government requires all first-time drivers in the state to pass a Drug and Alcohol Traffic Awareness (DATA) course also called a Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (TLSAE) course prior to getting their license.
Fortunately, taking the course has become more convenient, thanks to Florida traffic schools offering online versions of the course. The course takes approximately four hours to complete, and those taking it are able to login and logout as many times as they need to in order to finish the course. The system will automatically log the time each test-taker has spent online so as to help them keep track of the time they have spent taking it.

I’m doing this for a special project in school. As part of my report, I wanted to be able to include a few interviews of people who are undergoing a substance abuse treatment program. Does anybody know how I can get a hold of contact numbers of treatment centers?

I am in nursing school and one of my classes is called Family and Interpersonal Violence. I am doing a research paper about Abuse of the Unborn: Substance Abuse During Pregnancy. I have found a lot of useful information about the prevelance, effects drugs/alcohol on the baby, and getting help for those women. I am trying to determine if there are laws (I live in Florida) that say it is illegal for substance abuse during pregnancy or if there are laws that mandate health care providers to report this issue to DCF.

Is there a civil war going on right now (year 2012) in Kissimmee, Florida between the Nuyoricans and the Puerto Ricans?
I heard that their is alot of crime right now, that includes gang violence, drugs, theft, etc. I also heard that Walt Disney World called the Federal government and was able to pull the Feds to the area. I heard that dozens of Federal government agents are now in Kissimee working on the problem.
