Who Is Worthy of Receiving a Speech of Tribute?
Question by clerick145: Who is worthy of receiving a speech of tribute?
In my public speaking class, we are giving “speeches of tribute.” It can be a person, place, or group. I’m looking for something different than everybody else talking about someone in their family with drug addiction or other cliche stuff. I want something interesting and appealing to most people. Any ideas?

i think it would be interesting to do a speech of tribute to Mao Zedong. he was a terrible dictator of China, however he really changed their culture and instated a lot of ideas that are still there today.
you could also do one to the dorkiest kid in the class, or to you’re teacher just for kicks. that would be good too.
