I live in Fort Collins(Larimer County) Colorado and I will most likely be on diversion soon. Can i get specifics of what it is like and things like cost, curfew, how long the program lasts, classes, community service hours, how long I have to go without breaking the law etc.

I am from New Mexico, usually diversion programs here include a wonderful little gem called “drug court”
drug court in NM once consisted of a year of INTENSIVE supervision. It included the following.

Firstly, we’re in Washington state.
Secondly, I am the SOLE custodial parent-legal & physical.
Ex was ordered SUPERVISED visitation with children and to take a drug & alcohol evaluation, as well as a domestic violence evaluation and to “comply with all suggestions”-that is the order, it was written Sept. 2012.
Ex waits until a year later Sept and Oct 2013 to take evals, he fails BOTH, is referred to “58 week Batterers Intervention Programs” and “Intensive Out Patient” treatment, with random U.A.

I have not been diagnosed, nor have I been to a doctor since I was 16 for working papers. I’m currently 20, and feel that maybe I should go to a doctor or at least take a small step and talk to my mother before I see a doctor about these problems.
My problems consist of, depression, mostly towards night times when i am the loneliest which result in little to no sleep the only way I sleep is b/c of my addiction for sleeping aids, nyquil/tylenol pm/unisom/melatonin.
