I am scared to go to my first meeting and I would really appreciate any information on what I can expect when I walk through that door. Will I have to talk to people or can I just observe? Can I talk when I am ready or do I have to talk to the group? I’m very nervous,….if you can’t tell.

I’m looking for information on free or affordable drug rehab facilities in Johannesburg or Cape Town? The family I know would like to refer their son to rehabilitation for drug abuse before it reach an extreme level of abuse.
They are not well off with only the father working in the household. Another question I have relating the same subject is… If their son doesn’t agree to rehab (23 year old), is there anything they can do about it or is it simply, he needs to agree to rehab?
